Langfoss is one of Norway's highest waterfalls (depending on which definition you use), and it falls down by the Åkrafjord in Etne municipality. The staircase follows the old summer farm path upward, and the stairs end at a viewpoint right by the waterfall at just under 350 meters above sea level. The summer farm path continues further up if you want to go all the way to the top of the waterfall.

A bit uncertain exactly where the staircase starts/ends, and whether it is continuous. Tips are appreciated.

Round trip to the viewpoint is about 2.1 km and 325 meters of elevation gain.
