Munketreppene at Nosi consists of 616 stone steps. (The name is somewhat disputed, since it's not entirely certain whether it was the local farmers or the monks who were behind its construction). The monks arrived in the early 1200s and brought with them a great deal of knowledge, including about fruit growing. The monks disappeared with the Reformation in 1537.
I'm not entirely sure how continuous the staircase is or where it starts/ends. Tips are appreciated.
Round trip about 11-12 km and 1,000 meters of elevation gain.
