Røyøyløva is one of six trails in Norway with the classification "National Tourist Trail"
Rødøyløva is an iconic mountain peak at 443 meters above sea level on the island of Rødøya in Rødøy municipality on the Helgeland coast. From the summit there is a spectacular view of countless small islands, skerries, and white sandy beaches.
From 2018 to 2021, stone staircases were built by sherpas from Nepal, partly to minimize further erosion on the popular hike. It's said that around 1,500 steps were built. How many steps do you count?
The round trip is about 4.5 km and 443 meters of elevation gain.
This staircase's position hasn't been registered yet.
