Skåla is a spectacular mountain peak at 1,848 meters near Loen in Stryn municipality.

From the summit there are wonderful views over the Nordfjord and the surrounding mountains. Skålabu (completed in 2016) and the historic Skålatårnet (built in 1891) offer overnight accommodation.

The hike is about 16 km and 1,850 meters of elevation gain round trip.
