Trappene i Høyanger

There are said to be two "power staircases" in Høyanger — the one marked here, and one down in the town centre. As far as I can tell, the one in the town centre is closed. There's talk of renewing some sections with a new aluminium staircase, though it's unclear whether that refers to this one or the one in the town centre. I'd appreciate any tips.

There should also be a path alongside the staircase for those who don't want to walk down the steps.
